dr.mohammad i want ask you about case i want to make it a case discussion :
case presentation:22yres old femal ,she complain from fever which measure at home 39.5 degee.+burning sensation at micturation+dirhrea for 1 day
anlysis:fever e rigors .
dysuria.lower back pain .vomiting twic of food contents associated e lower abdomin discomfort.
chronic diseases:hypertenion for last 8yrs on atenlol+SLE on immunsuppretive drugs.
past surgical percedures:renal trasplantation .
my question :is about diagnosis?? iam think about UTI(urinary tract infection)
but typically whrer is the sit of pain will be in patient e UTI?
is ti lion pain or lower back pain bc my PATIENT complain from lower back pain and she ignore that at 1st .
other Q about sit of tenderness in this patient is it in renal angle ?
bc she denay any tenderness at time of examination...that after admission 2days.
and she said she had similar illness 2 times before after married(she newly married since 4 months ago)
whats your obanion dr about my diagnosis?
ist in right way?whats thing i lost it in history and what other things need to ask about it may patient???
